Classic Modern Bed with Slatted Headboard

Description

This bed is a new take on the flagship Deeble bed design. All basic details, such as joinery, assembly, dimensions etc. are the same as the classic modern bed but this version features a slatted headboard. The slats run down to the head rail, so no gap below the headboard. The slats are approximately 3″ apart from each other, and the first slat is approximately 7″ apart from the leg.

The bed in the picture is built from teak, which adds $500 to the price (teak is very pricy!). But I can build the bed in walnut or cherry or most other domestic hardwoods for the price in the listing.
