Because our customers’ opinions truly matter to us, we took the time to gather all the feedback we’ve received over the years and improved the product based on those wishes. Taking this feedback into account, we have made small changes to the climbing arch product family to enhance the user experience, making it even more functional, safer, and, above all, better suited to meet the needs of you, our dear customers, in the best possible way.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please write your phone number so the delivery service can contact you and deliver the package to you in time. We prepare and ship orders only on WORKING DAYS from Monday to Friday, NOT including Saturday and Sunday!
The delivery time depends on your location. Usual delivery time is 5-12 business days.

Safety and care instructions
– Weight limit: 60 kg / 132 lbs.
– Use the climbing arch with protective felt pads or on a carpet for added protection and safety.

These measures help prevent scratches on both the product and floor, while also cushioning against potential finger and toe injuries during play.
– When using the product as a rocker, ensure the KAURA II cushion is in place to protect children from placing their fingers underneath and prevent potential injuries during play.
– Use the wedges to prevent the rocking motion.
– The product is designed for indoor use.

Avoid contact with water as it may cause damage on the wood.
– Children must be instructed not to use the product in any manner other than what it is intended to be used for.
– Children must be dressed appropriately when using the climbing arch. Avoid loose-fitting clothing and other clothes that may get caught.
– The product must only be used with dry hands and feet to avoid slipping.

Inspect the product regularly and tighten screws as needed. Ensure the product is not damaged and that its use is still safe. If you suspect that the product is unsafe, stop using the product and please contact the seller.

Clean the product with a soft dry cloth. Avoid the use of chemicals and cleaners.

– The product must only be used under direct adult supervision.
– The product must be used with caution, as a certain level of skills are required to avoid potential falls.
– DO NOT place this product near a window as it can be used as a step by the child and cause the child to fall out of the window.

– Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas, fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the product.

• The cushion is only intended to be used in the rocker position.

• The cushion is not to be used in a cot or bed.
