This is a live edge floating shelf made of European walnut. When making live edge floating shelves, we keep the natural edge of the wood. The edge of this floating shelf is the real edge that was of the tree trunk, only without bark.

European walnut has a lot of color/shade variations, the photo shows only one – however, in many cases, the wood can be much lighter, sometimes even darker. Without any instructions, we select a nice piece of wood, but the color may be different. If you wish to fine-tune the color, make sure to contact us.
