👉 Personalized order – The pillow is made to order – we select the fabric, color and size especially for you – that’s why we absolutely do not accept returns.
Please consider your purchases carefully.

👉The color of the fabric may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings.
IMPORTANT – Fabric changes its shade depending on the light falling on it. It also varies depending on the type of light (natural, artificial lighting). Discrepancy in the color of the fabric will not be the basis for a complaint. If you are not sure of the color of the fabric, we encourage you to purchase a fabric sample in advance.

👉the pillows are packed in a vacuum bag, this may cause creases in the fabric and deformation of the pillow. This is not a basis for complaint about the order. After receiving your order, take the pillow out of the bag, straighten it, after a few days the fabric will return to normal and the pillow filling will unfold properly.
