The pillow is made of strong, waterproof material. The fabric is easy to keep clean, just wipe the dirt with a damp sponge and mild detergent. Waterproof tannin does not provide 100% protection against penetration. It is very resistant to accidental flooding with water or passing rain, but we do not recommend leaving it in the rain for a long time. Water can especially seep through at seams and quilting.

👉Personalized order – We make the pillow and pillowcases to order – we select the fabric, color and size especially for you – that’s why we categorically do not accept returns.
Please consider your purchases carefully.

👉The color of the fabric may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings.
IMPORTANT – the fabric changes its shade depending on the light falling on it. It also varies depending on the type of light (natural, artificial lighting). Color inconsistency of the fabric will not be the basis for a complaint. If you are unsure of the fabric color, we encourage you to purchase a fabric sample in advance.

👉the pillows are packed in a vacuum bag, which may cause the fabric to crease and deform the pillow. This does not constitute grounds for complaint about the order. After receiving the order, remove the pillow from the bag and straighten it. After a few days, the fabric will return to normal and the pillow filling will unfold properly.
