Since it’s natural wood it might be slightly warped or bent when you receive the product
However, it will not affect the general shape of the Cart.

Yes! we do accept cancellation within 12 hours after your purchase.
 
***Return, And exchange***
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept either return or exchange. However, if your item has any physical or technical issues, feel free to contact me and I’ll send you the replacement for the damaged part 🙂
  
***Turnaround***
It takes 4 business days for me to make your item and then depending on your location, it takes 4 to 7 days, more or less, for the delivery.
